All Students:-
·Plain navy or white polo shirts with College crest
·White cotton blouse
·The specially designed check and navy College dress/skirt
·Plain navy blue slacks/pants/shorts/culottes/plain navy or school board shorts/skirt
·Country Week track top for Country Week team(s) only – may be worn at school
·Navy College windcheater (with or without House Colour Hood).
·Hat recommended when outdoors in House Colours
·Appropriate clothing for VET and Enterprise programs
·Religious dress (in school colours).
·House Polo Shirt (optional).
·Special groups uniform (eg. Band, Catering, etc).
Year 12 Students:-
·White, collared long or short sleeved dress shirt – only Year 12
·Leavers Jumpers of current year
·College tie for formal occasions
·Black / Navy pants – for formal occasions (optional)
Footwear:-
·Enclosed shoe as appropriate for subject areas
·Sportshoes, joggers, sneakers
·Sandals with back strap, that cover and protect the foot.
Sportswear / Sports
·Appropriate sporting shorts, (preferably navy) & shirt and shoes.
·JWC sports uniform encouraged but not compulsory.
Unacceptable
It is inappropriate for students to wear excessive make-up jewellery or piercing at school. Any jewellery or piercing must comply with the occupational health and safety requirements of the environment. Hats and caps are encouraged to be worn to and from school and in the school grounds, but are NOT to be worn indoors eg during class and assemblies.
Other inappropriate items include:
·Any clothing displaying inappropriate or offensive motifs or text
·Articles of clothing tied around the person
·Articles of clothing which are too short or too tight (ie. immodest)
·Articles of clothing which identify students with particular groups eg gangs/sports
·Non-College board shorts or beach wear
·Beanies/bandanas
·Thongs/backless shoes
·Visible coloured undergarments eg T-shirts, bathers, boxer shorts, bras, waistbands
